Position Overview : We are hiring Customer Support Associates to handle customer inquiries through our International Voice Process. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates who can join immediately (within 2 days). Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency & grammar proficiency required).
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
Adaptability and resilience in handling different types of customers.
Willingness and availability to work in night shifts.
Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.
