About the Role
We are hiring for 400+ positions in our Customer Support Voice Process (L2). As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a critical role in resolving customer queries through voice calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to resolve customer queries.
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document interactions and resolutions.
Adhere to process guidelines and performance standards.
Work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends.
Ensure no planned leave in the first 3 months post joining.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum High School (10+2) Pass.
Experience:
Open for Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Must not have appeared for a Flipkart interview in the last 3 months.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Should have minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) in speech.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (Night shift transport provided).
5-day working week with 2 rotational week offs.
Flexible with night training sessions if required.
Candidates must carry all necessary documents (Educational Mark sheets, Aadhar, PAN, and for experienced candidates – Offer Letter, Experience Letter, and last 3 months’ pay slips).
