Job Description:
AMF Synergy Vision is hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading Banking Voice Process. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing seamless support in Kannada and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking services.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high service quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
✔ Education: Graduation mandatory (any degree).
✔ Languages: Fluent in Kannada & English (spoken/written).
✔ Shift Flexibility: Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Male Candidates: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (9-hour shift).
Female Candidates: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (9-hour shift).
✔ Cab Facility: Drop cab provided post-10:00 PM (within 15KM radius).
Details:
Training: 30-45 days (paid).
Salary: ₹18,000 CTC/month (₹16,000 in-hand after PF deductions).
Work Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai – 600058.
Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week.
