Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is confident in engaging with job seekers and students to assist them in their career journey. The candidate should be persuasive, self-driven, and adept at managing sales discussions from start to finish. A solid understanding of career planning, education sales, or placement services is advantageous.


Responsibilities
Develop meaningful connections with prospective students and job seekers
Present job-focused training programs, interview preparation plans, and career services
Promote admissions for management colleges throughout Kolkata
Monitor and record each lead interaction using internal tracking tools
Refer qualified leads to the internal support team for conversion
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with promising leads
Achieve monthly conversion and performance goals (incentive-based)


Qualifications
Both undergraduates and graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in sales, counseling, edtech, or career services is preferred
Outstanding verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
Strong skills in negotiation, handling objections, and follow-ups
Must have a laptop/desktop with reliable internet access
Women passionate about career guidance are highly encouraged to apply


Compensation
Commission-only position — no fixed salary
Payouts are based on a structured sales incentive model
