A growing visa consultancy firm is looking for a Business Development Associate to manage the full outbound sales and client-assistance cycle for European visa services. The role involves connecting with South African clients, understanding their visa needs, explaining procedures, and supporting them throughout the application journey.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to South African clients regarding European visa services.
Educate clients about visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
Ensure consistent follow-ups from the first interaction until visa approval.
Accurately update client information and application progress.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide exceptional customer support and handle client queries professionally.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Strong fluency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
Professional attire during office hours.
Ability to learn and explain visa processes clearly.
Prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred, though skilled freshers are welcome.
🕘 Work Schedule
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Incentives: High, performance-based incentive structure (no upper limit)
