Customer Billing Voice
As a Customer Billing Voice Associate, you will handle inbound calls and assist telecom customers with their billing queries and resolutions. You will leverage your communication skills and BPO experience to deliver a positive customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Work Experience:
Less than 2 years: U1 Level (Minimum 6 months in Customer Service in an international BPO)
More than 2 years: U2 Level (Minimum 18 months of international BPO customer service experience)
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to handle basic customer queries related to telecom billing
Expertise in customer issue resolution
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills
Computer Proficiency:
Basic computer knowledge
Work Shift:
Willingness to work in US shifts
