We are hiring for Customer Support Associates (L2) for our Voice Process. The role involves resolving customer queries via voice calls with a focus on excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via voice calls.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear and effective communication.

  • Adhere to shift schedules (including night shifts) and company policies.

  • Ensure a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HS Passed (Higher Secondary).

  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

  • Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi (no major MTI).

  • Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months.

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

  • No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining.


Interview Process:

  1. HR Round – General screening.

  2. Typing Test – 30 WPM, 90% accuracy.

  3. OPS Round – General assessment.

  4. Voice Versant Test (V4 and above).

  5. PMAP Assessment.

  6. Client Round – Video Call.
