About the Role
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Resolve queries related to billing, technical issues, and general service inquiries
Ensure first-call resolution to deliver high-quality service
Actively listen and respond to customer concerns with appropriate and timely solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
Follow established escalation protocols and support procedures
Participate in training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Requirements
🧾 Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international voice process or customer support role
For blended processes (voice + non-voice), minimum 1 year of experience required
🎓 Qualification:
Undergraduate degree or higher

Salary Package: ₹3.97 LPA to ₹4.92 LPA (based on experience)
