Job Description:

AMF Synergy Vision is hiring Customer Support Executives for an exciting Sports Process. This is a non-voice role where you will resolve customer queries via email and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for sports enthusiasts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to sports services via email and chat.

  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining 85%+ accuracy in written responses.

  • Follow predefined processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to fixed day shifts with a rotational week off (2 days).

  • Maintain a typing speed of 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.


Requirements:

Education: Under-Graduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate.

Experience: 0 months to 2 years (Freshers welcome).

Skills:

  • Excellent written communication in English.

  • Basic knowledge of customer support roles and responsibilities.

  • Ability to handle scenario-based queries (training provided).

  • Shift: Fixed day shift (details provided during onboarding).


Interview Process:
  1. RMG Screening (Resume and eligibility check).

  2. Written Non-Voice Versant Test (Typing speed: 30 WPM, 85% accuracy).

  3. Manual Written Test (Scenario-based evaluation).

  4. Operations Round (Final assessment).


Salary Structure (Annual CTC):
  • Freshers: ₹2.7 LPA

  • Experienced (up to 2 years): ₹3.2 LPA
