Role: Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Optimize paid advertising performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Analyze key performance metrics including click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and customer acquisition costs (CAC), refining strategies utilizing Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and newsletters, that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with sales and design teams to enhance lead generation and elevate brand awareness.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in paid ads (Google/Facebook) and SEO.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills.

  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Knowledge of B2B/B2C lead funnels (specify if relevant).
