Job Summary
AMF Synergy Vision is hiring motivated candidates for the International UK Survey Calling Process. The role involves calling UK customers to conduct Life Insurance (PCP) surveys. This is a non-sales, non-target role focused only on gathering survey information.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK customers for Life Insurance survey questions.
Record customer responses accurately in the system.
Follow the call script and maintain professionalism.
Meet daily productivity targets for survey calling.
Coordinate with the team leader for feedback and process improvement.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a night shift (UK shift timing).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary
Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experienced: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Drop facility available after shift
Qualifications
Minimum Higher Secondary (HS).
Graduates preferred.
Both male and female candidates can apply.
