Technical Support Voice
As a Technical Support Voice Associate, you will assist international customers in troubleshooting internet and telecom service issues. Your role will involve resolving technical concerns, guiding customers through basic networking setups, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Work Experience:
Less than 2 years: U1 Level (Minimum 1 year in Customer Service in an international BPO)
More than 2 years: U2 Level (Minimum 18 months international BPO customer service experience or semi-technical experience)
Skills and Abilities:
Handling internet and telecom-related basic troubleshooting concerns
Understanding of basic networking, LAN, and WAN concepts
Communication Skills:
Excellent English language communication
Computer Proficiency:
Good knowledge of computers and latest operating systems
Work Shift:
Willingness to work in US shifts
