Cancellation Policy

AMF SYNERGY VISION – BOOKING POLICY Effective from: 14th June 2025 At AMF Synergy Vision, we strive to provide transparent and fair career enhancement services. By booking any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined below: 1. Service Booking & Payment All services must be booked online through our official website or verified payment link. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your registration. Once booked, you will receive: Access to your plan-specific services Welcome email with next steps Access credentials to career modules, if applicable 2. Service Validity Each plan has a clearly defined validity: Basic & Premium Plans: 90 Days Elite Plan: 180 Days Free Plan: 30 Days (limited access) Learning resources and WhatsApp support are only available during this period. You may request an extension in writing, subject to approval. 3. Non-Refundable Policy All fees are non-refundable, as service execution begins immediately. Refunds are only processed if: We fail to deliver a promised core service (e.g., resume not delivered within 7 business days). Valid written proof is provided. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days (excluding payment gateway charges). 4. Success Fee (Where Applicable) If the employer does not pay a recruitment fee, and you are placed through our referral, a Success Fee of 8.33% of your Annual CTC (one month’s salary) is payable by you within 7 days of receiving your first salary. Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹250/week. Candidates must notify us in advance if they require a grace period. 5. Interview No-Shows Missing an interview without 24 hours' notice may lead to: Referral deduction Suspension of services for repeated violations 6. Access & Fair Use All training resources, modules, and content are licensed for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing our content is strictly prohibited and may result in: Account suspension - Legal action if commercial misuse is detected 7. Job Opportunity Assurance AMF will provide up to 3 suitable job referrals per paid plan. In rare cases where 3 referrals are not possible, alternate resolution (e.g., extended support) will be discussed. We do not guarantee job placement.
